Business Eligibility:

Applications Open

  • Must be for-profit and physically located in a commercial or industrial space in the City of San Joaquin

  • Must have a valid business license and be in good standing with the City of San Joaquin

  • Be operating for at least 6 continuous months and prior to March 2020

  • Have no outstanding tax liens/judgements (or must have a payment plan)

  • Must have 25 or less full-time/part-time employees

  • Must have or obtain a DUN's number prior to receiving grant funds

The Fresno Area Hispanic Foundation is collaborating with the City of San Joaquin in a relief program to provide $100,000 in grants to small businesses impacted by COVID-19. This program offers grants of up to $5,000 to small businesses in the City of San Joaquin. Grants awarded are subject to availability of funds.
