It is an annual one-day conference that attracts 1,000+ attendees to celebrate Women Entrepreneurs and Professionals. The conference consists of morning breakout sessions, lunch is enjoyed as we hear from a prominent Keynote Speaker, and ends with a fashion show and networking. The main objective is to empower, inspire, and recognize The Power of Women in Business.

Under Administrator Guzman’s leadership, the SBA has continued to scale dramatically, while revamping programs and services to address crucial challenges -- delivering hundreds of billions in relief to help millions of small businesses survive the pandemic. Administrator Guzman leads with a customer-first, technology-forward and equitable approach. She will continue to work to transform SBA’s programs and services to meet all small businesses where they are – to deliver the capital, revenue growth opportunities and support networks all entrepreneurs need to start, grow and lead our reimagined economy.

Sandra Lilia Velasquez
Founder and CEO of
Nopalera
Born and raised by Mexican immigrant parents near the US/ MEXICO border, Sandra Lilia Velasquez is a strong Latina role model that uses her platform to celebrate and elevate Latino culture while providing access and mentorship to her community. She launched Nopalera, a Mexican Botanical Bath & Body brand, during the pandemic with no outside funding or savings, while working three jobs, being a single mother, at the age of 44. The brand is now sold in Nordstrom, Credo Beauty, Free People and over 400 independent retailers nationwide.
In 2022 she raised 2.7 Million in Series Seed funding and won Latino Start Up Of The Year at the L'Attitude Conference. In 2023 she appeared on Shark Tank where she infamously turned down two offers, rallying the Latino community to stand in their worth.
