Small Businesses - Procurement Opportunities

Potential procurement needs include, but are not limited to:

  • Supplies & Equipment: auto parts, office supplies, tools, concrete/aggregate, drinking water, fuel, dumpsters, ice

  • Site & Construction Support: portable restrooms, security, cranes, equipment suppliers, boring, mowing/seeding

​​

  • Local Services: lodging/hotels, food catering/food trucks, housing rentals, onsite medics, janitorial, medical supplies

​

Through the program, FAHF will distribute grants of $500 to start-ups and $2,000 to existing western Fresno County small businesses, alongside tailored one-on-one technical assistance in areas such as licensing, permitting, business development, marketing, and access to financing. This targeted support aims to boost local resilience and ensure that rural enterprises can thrive amid ongoing economic challenges.
