Small Businesses in a COVID-19 Environment

Join us for an exciting discussion with UOPX faculty, Stephen Allen, Ph.D., in response to a COVID-19 environment.

Dr. Allen will discuss his thoughts on the new normal, while not yet fully defined in a Covid-19 environment. He will discuss the opportunities for small businesses to revisit their mission and vision statements and possibly to make some major adjustments to their strategies for attaining those revised visions. Dr. Allen predicts as states open up and allow business to resume, data will become available that will allow small businesses to determine what might be different in their industries over the next year; however, they will need to know what to do with that data and how to use it to improve their market share and profitability.
