The Fresno Area Hispanic Foundation and the Fresno State Water, Energy, and Technology (WET) Center invite all people interested in starting or strengthening their business in the food industry, whether it is a restaurant, mobile business, food truck or from home , to the course "The Art of Starting a Business In The Kitchen" For 4 weeks, you will learn about business planning, food industry regulations, permits, licenses, market research and marketing strategies.
